Winkworth Arboretum is an area of woodland near Godalming in Surrey.
Managed by the National Trust, this outdoor attraction has been created over a period of 60 years using more than a 1000 trees and shrubs with many rare specimens. It is open all year round and in addition to the wooded areas there is also a lake with picturesque boathouse, open areas and a wetland area. There are three difficulty graded way-marked walking routes through the woods and a free guided walk on the first Wednesday of the month at 2:30pm meeting at the kiosk. Apple device app available for free download from the National Trust website to view an interactive map of the aboretum.
