Banham Zoo is an animal park with more than 2000 animals in 50 acres of parks and gardens in Banham in Norfolk.
Animals you can see include mongoose, meerkats, birds including birds of prey, cheetahs, tigers, leopards, giraffes, zebra, bats, camels, seals, otters, wolves, red pandas, kangaroos, primates, monkeys, reptiles, scorpions, spiders, snakes and insects. Some of the main attractions include the Safari Roadtrain ride, Heavy Horse paddocks, Birds of Prey displays (April to September weather permitting), The Farm Barn with farm animals plus other small animals where you can feed and pet some of the animals, Lemur Encounters is a walk-through enclosure where you can get close to the lemurs, the Amazing Animals show, SkyTrek and Junior SkyTrek high ropes assault courses (additional charge not open during Winter months) and there is also a Woodland Walk and children's Adventure Play area. Scheduled feeding times and keeper talks. Keeper experiences available. Birthday parties catered for.
