Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park is a 50 acre park with farm animals and family activities situated between Bath and Bristol.
In a countryside setting alongside the river Avon the park has animals to see including farm animals plus alpaca, wallabies, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchilla, deer, highland cattle, shire horses and birds of prey. There is a pets corner area with scheduled feeding, petting and grooming sessions.
Outdoor activities include a large outdoor adventure playground with slides, separate outdoor and undercover preschool play area, a one and a quarter mile junior assault course, 9-hole crazy golf course, pedal go-karts, trampolines, a riverside walk, boating, fishing and falconry displays during school holidays and weekends. Outdoor additional charge activities include train rides on a five-inch miniature gauge railway line, a land train ride, Dizzy Ducks and electric Quad bikes.
There's also a large indoor soft play barn suitable for children up to the age of 12 with slides, rope bridges, bouncy cushions, ball pit and separate area for pre-school children.
