Williamson Art Gallery and Museum

Williamson Art Gallery and Museum is an indoor attraction displaying works of art and some local history exhibits in Birkenhead in Merseyside.

The museum has a number of galleries exhibiting a range of artwork from it's collection of over 6000 items including oil paintings, watercolours, prints, sculptures and drawings. There are also collections of locally produced pottery and porcelain items on display and exhibits about the maritime history of the area including model ships and information on the shipbuilders in the area and the vessels they made.
