Quebec House was the birthplace of James Wolfe, a famous general in the British army, who lived during the 18th century.
The house was originally built in the 16th century, but remodelled during the 18th and 20th centuries, and is now presented to look similar to how it would have done during the 1730's. The gardens recreate the garden of Mrs Wolf James's mother which grew many kitchen ingredients. Costumed re-enactors.
