Newark Park is a historic house with gardens and estate near Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire.
This National Trust property was built as a hunting lodge around 1550 and has been remodelled in later centuries. Things to see in the house include Georgian interiors, a changing exhibition, stained glass windows, Staffordshire figurines and paintings by local artists. There is also a walled garden with peacocks and garden games on the lawn.
The estate covers around 725 acres of Cotswold countryside and includes woodland, grasslands, lakes, a deer park and has signposted walks. There are also nine Geocaching locations to discover around the estate and geocaching kits available for hire from reception.
