Jewry Wall Museum

Jewry Wall Museum is the remains of a Roman bath house and a museum displaying archaeological finds in the centre of Leicester.

Surrounding the museum are the remains of the Jewry Wall, a public Roman bath house dating from around the 2nd century. Inside the museum are more archaeological finds including parts of mosaics and painted walls and a Roman cavalry helmet. Other archaeological artefacts belonging to other periods in history are also on display inside. Free audio tour available to download from their website.
